1. Introduction
"OG Business Coach, LLC" (OGBC) is committed to protecting any data that we collect concerning you, our client. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to help you understand what personal and/or financial information we collect, how and when we might use your information, and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. This Privacy Policy also explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By using our products (the “Products”) and services (the “Services”), you agree to the use of the data you provide us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. While OGBC clients are expected to be mostly from North America, we decided to proactively and voluntarily offer the protections accorded European Union (EU) citizens through the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all OGBC clients.
2. Who We Are
OGBC provides small-business coaching and education to professionals in private practice, especially therapists and counselors. OGBC is located in the US, with Web servers located in the Netherlands.
3. Information Collected
We collect the following types of information from you to provide you with the Products and Services you purchase and/or access at no cost, doing so for the purposes described below. We may also collect non-personal information via automated means such as cookies. We minimize the information we store to only that information needed to provide you with Products and Services you purchase or access, and/or to improve such Products and Services.
Personal and/or Financial Information
The personal and/or financial information we collect depends on the type of Services and/or Products you purchase or access. This may include your name, email address, phone number, Skype and/or Zoom ID, IP address, domain name, types and dates of Service and/or Products provided, payment history (including payment forms, amounts, and dates). We do not collect or store credit card information. Financial information, if any, will only be used to bill you for the Products and Services you purchased, process your payments, and verify your access rights to Products and Services you purchased. We take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your information, including storing your financial data, if any, with high-level encryption.
Cookies and Tracking
Your Internet browser has a built-in facility for storing small text files called “cookies” that hold information that allow a website to recognize your account. We use cookies to save your preferences and login information, and to provide personalized functionality. We may use cookies to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to and improve our products and services. Our website includes social media features (such as the Facebook “Like” button). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets may be hosted by a third party or directly on our website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature.
4. Information Use
Personal and Financial Information and Marketing
OGBC does not and will never use your personal and/or financial information for anything other than creating and sending invoices to you; processing your payments; providing you with access to Products and Services you purchased from us; or sending you periodic email newsletters with free tips and tools, links to such on our website, and/or offers of free or premium OGBC products and/or services you may find of interest. We will only share your data with third-party vendors to assist us in fulfilling the above purposes.
Service Providers
We may transfer (or otherwise make available) your personal information to third parties that help us provide our Products and Services or to provide services on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers such as PayPal to authorize and process your payments, Constant Contact to send you periodic email newsletters, etc. Your personal information may be maintained and processed by our third-party service providers in the United States or in other jurisdictions. Our service providers are given the information they need to perform their designated functions, and we do not authorize them to use or disclose your personal and/or financial information for their own marketing or other purposes.

OGBC stores financial data, if any, in encrypted form on our server. Our web host creates a daily backup of the website. Any changes you make to your account will be final and irreversible no later than 24 hours after you make them.
5. Sale of our Business.
If OGBC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a material portion of its assets, change in corporate control, or insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings, you will be notified via email or through a prominent notice that will be placed on our website, notifying you of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information that we collected.
6. Your Rights and Options
`Right to Access`
At any time you may access, change, or delete information stored in your OGBC account. Changes are destructive and irreversible; no other version exists after the automated daily backup has been completed. This means e.g. that if you delete information proving you have paid for access to certain Products and Services, we may no longer be able to provide you with continued access to those Products and/or Services.
`Right to be Forgotten`
At any time you may delete your OGBC account. If you choose to do so, we will be unable to continue providing you with access to any Products and/or Services you may have purchased from us.
Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If your information changes, or if you no longer desire our Products or Services, we will endeavor to provide you with a way to correct, update, or remove from our records that personal and/or financial data. In most cases, this can be achieved by logging into your OGBC account or by emailing us at info@opherganel.com.
7. Data Security and Breach Response

It is impossible to provide a 100% guarantee that our server will never be breached, digitally or physically. However, our processes minimize your personal data that we store, encrypt your financial data if any, and implement high-end digital security to minimize the risk of a breach. In case of breach, we will swiftly investigate, notify any clients affected, and implement any patches and/or procedural changes needed to prevent continued and/or repeated breaches of the same type.

OGBC will only store personal information absolutely necessary for providing its Products or Services. OGBC has written verification of all the EU-based third-party vendors we work with, to make sure the GDPR privacy law is upheld at all levels.
Procedural and Technical Security Measures
We use technical security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alternation, or unauthorized disclosure of information under our control. We use security measures including and not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All sensitive information is collected on a secure server. If and when we ask you to provide financial information (such as an account number) that data is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology.
`Breach Notification`
If your personal data is ever obtained from our systems by anyone other than OGBC or you, our client, OGBC will inform you within 72 hours of our becoming aware of such a breach. Please note that your financial data, if any, is encrypted using globally acknowledged, top-notch algorithms.
8. Children
This website is not directed towards children and we do not seek to collect any information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child under the age of 18 has been collected, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our databases.
9. Changes to this Policy
This policy was last changed on the date shown under its title. We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and in any manner. However, if we plan to materially change how we use or disclose previously collected personal information, we will provide you with thirty (30) days’ advance notice prior to the change becoming effective and an opportunity to opt-out of such changed uses. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
