Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a coaching plan and/or course, you agree to the following.

1. You are at least 18 years old and competent to sign legally binding agreements.
2. Any information you provide to OG Business Coach, LLC ("OGBC"), including your name and email address, are true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
   
3. The advice, tips, tools, course content, information, and/or any other intellectual property you gain access to as part of the coaching plan and/or course (the "IP") are proprietary information belonging to OGBC and protected by copyright and other laws. Your payment gives you the irrevocable non-exclusive right to use IP included in the coaching plan and/or course you purchased for your own business and personal purposes only. You may not sell, rent, give away, or otherwise share the IP to or with any other person or business.
4. You retain ownership of any proprietary information belonging to you that you share with OGBC ("Your Information"). However, you grant OGBC irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use Your Information and/or create derivative works for the purposes of providing you with coaching and/or other services and/or products, and for developing new IP for you and/or other OGBC customers. OGBC shall not include in its IP any information that identifies you or any other customer.
   
5. Any new advice, tips, tools, course content, information and/or any other intellectual property developed by OGBC in preparation for, during, and/or after and as a result of coaching calls with you become part of OGBC's IP and are protected as stated above, even if this new Content is derived from and/or based on Your Information.
6. Your payment for coaching plans is due one week before the first call of any plan month. Failure to make payment by that time may lead to rescheduling your call. Repeated failure to make payment may lead to terminating or canceling your coaching plan. 
   
7. Payments for coaching plans are made on a monthly basis and are non-refundable (except as specified below). Some months may have a lesser or greater number of calls than others (e.g., for the GPS weekly plan), which does not alter the cost for those months. 
   
8. You may pause or cancel your coaching plan by notifying OGBC a week before the first call of the following plan month and not paying for that next month. 
   
9. If OGBC is unable to conduct 50% or more of the calls for a particular coaching plan month for reasons other than your lack of availability, your following month's payment will be prorated accordingly (if there is no following plan month, you will receive a pro-rated refund instead).
   
10. Your payment for a course or course module is due in full as a condition of gaining access to the course or module. If you pay for a course in full, you will be given an opportunity after viewing the first course module to cancel your course purchase and receive a full refund. If you pay for a course module that is comprised of multiple video segments, you will be given an opportunity after viewing the first video segment to cancel your module purchase and receive a full refund. If you purchase access to a single video segment, you may not be given an opportunity to receive a refund. In any case where you request a refund, you will lose access privileges to the course or module covered by the refunded amounts, including the video segment(s) you already viewed.
11. Once you pay in full for a course or course module, you retain access privileges for that course or module indefinitely as long as OGBC continues to operate its website, until and unless you receive a refund for that course or module as described above.
